5 days desert tour from Marrakech (Authentic Tour)

Our Desert Tour from Marrakech start in the morning with a pickup from your Riad. Today, will be driving through the High Atlas Mountains where you will have stops for view panoramic. After across the Tizi ‘n’ Tishka Pass will get to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which is a well-known castle that belonged to the Glaoui Pasha, a Kasbah which represents a great example of a remaining historical spot that is why it was one of the multiple sites at the -UNESCO World Heritage list-. Continue by Ouarzazate “The Hollywood of Africa”. The route to the Dades Valley, the way of the thousand Kasbahs, provides numerous photo opportunities. We may visit Skoura village and the Roses valley. Arrive at the Valley of Dades where to spend the night.

Take your breakfast, and ride over the High Atlas Mountain. Before start driving to Merzouga, we’ll be driving to the gorges of Todra, they are spectacular limestone river canyons to discover and appreciate its beauty. Continue via the town of Tinejdad, Touroug, and Erfoud. Erg Chebbi Dunes highest dunes in the Sahara Desert, when you get to Merzouga you will Change from Car to a dromedary ( Camel Ride) to across dunes to spend the night in a camp. At the camp you will be welcome by a glass of tea before you get to your tent with a private shower, dinner will serve at any time you want even 20 Minute after you get your Private Tent.

After dinner you will have a chance to experience the Berber night which is to play drums around the fir and dance the Berber’s way. Finally, sleep time is at your leisure, but please be respectful for those who have turned in for the night.

Your camp guest will wake you up early in the morning to watch what well may be the best sunrise of your life. After breakfast you’ll peacefully camel-trek back to Merzouga appreciating the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses. Today will be different experience far away from that tourists stops and more unique trip, to get to Ramlia & Tafraout will drive off roading more to the south of Merzouga. Ramlia village is a remote village in the middle of desert. A place where you will surely meet the local people and experience the real rural Morocco, a very small oasis. To spend the night will keep driving to Sidi Ali , Budget accommodations.

After breakfast in the guest house, we will drive in the beautiful black desert crossing the berber oases of palm trees ,mud houses till we get to Alnif village a place known with fossil industry where we will have a stop for a drink then continue our journey via the Anti Atlas Mountains and Draa Valley, to have a stop in Agdez Valley. Get to Ouarzazate where we will stay for the night to break the long drive to Marrakech.

Morning departure, from the city of Ouarzazate to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountain, we will have a stop for lunch and coffee a before we get to Marrakech where the tour ends, our driver/guide will drop you wherever you want in safe hands.
